Robert is a joint principal of Armstrong Davis Associates, specialising
in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution, having had thirty
four years of experience in all aspects relating to Construction,
Engineering, Farbrication and Oil and Gas insdustries. He is
a past chairman of the North East Branch, past chairman of the
Yorkshire and Humberside Branch of the Royal Institute of Chartered
Surveyors, current Chairman of the Adjudication Society, committee
member of the Yorkshire branch of the Society of Construction
Law, a member of the Turner Arbitration Chambers and a member
of Arbrix.
Robert has a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration,
which was awarded with Merit. He is a practising Adjudicator,
Arbitrator and Mediator, and an Expert Witness in quantum and
planning matters. He is also a visiting lecturer in Construction
Law and Dispute Resolution at Leeds Metropolitan University.
